Grayson smacks Ranger

The Vikings' high-powered lineup was in full effect as the Grayson baseball team swept a doubleheader from Ranger College, 7-0 and 17-7, in North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference action on Friday afternoon.
In the opener Chris Howard scattered three singles, struck out nine and walked two while Grayson hit three home runs. Josh Rosecrans had a two-run blast, his 11th, while Justin Biggins and Rob Perrin added solo homers.
Biggins and Roger Bernal each hit three doubles in Grayson's run-rule Game 2 victory. Brennan Moore was 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored and Dom Milo added a two-run home run for Grayson (16-7, 7-1), which plays a non-conference game at Richland at 1 p.m. on Monday.
