Sherman Community Players announce cast of 'Camelot'
Ron Cassady, Sherman Community Players managing and artistic director, and Scottie Johnson, musical director, announce the cast for "Camelot."
This well-known, musical comedy is a romantic re-telling of the famed Arthurian legend and celebrates the days of chivalry with music, drama, romance and humor. The story follows the fabled King Arthur from his shy first meeting with his future bride, Guenevere, through the creation of the Round Table.
Cast members in major roles are: Austin Tooley as King Arthur; Taylor Meeks as Guenevere; Harris Tooley as Lancelot; Roger Gregory-Allen as Merlin; John Lonnevik as King Pellinore; Stacy Garrett as Nimue; Matthew Varvir as Mordred; and Sandra Daniels as Morgan Le Fey. Rounding out the cast of knights and ladies are Hilary Gregory-Allen, Amanda Armstrong, Sarah Stevens, Vicki Reeder, Katy McGuiness, Ellie Gundersheimer, Mason Barlow, Andrew Allen, Jordan Smith, Catlan Fearon, Joshua Goodwin, Phillip Peterman and Larry Winters.
Production personnel include: Mickie Martin as stage manager; Webster Crocker as scenic designer; Leah, Rebecca and Rachel Martin as costumers; and Lois Roberds as prop mistress.
Camelot will open June 5 and run through June 28.
