Lattimore Material Co. is seeking Maintenance Technician for the Creekmore Apartments in Denison.
The Maintenance
Technician is to
maintain the property of Creekmore
Apartments, including preventative
maintenance, service request and routine grounds maintenance.

The ideal candidate
will have 2 years
maintenance
experience including HVAC.

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal/written
communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work
independently and
assist the Property
Assistant with various assignments.
