New fitness club to open in Sherman

<p>Aspen Athletic, a fitness club with 11 locations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Okla., and Iowa, is preparing to open its 12th club in Sherman. 
</p>

<p>Construction of the club's new Sherman facility has begun. When completed, the 37,000-square-foot space will feature more than $750,000 worth of equipment including LifeFitness and Precor, a pool, sauna, basketball and Group X classes including yoga, aqua, step and group cycling. The club will also offer a "Guaranteed Results" weight management aystem, as well as the Apex Five Components of Fitness, a personalized nutrition and fitness program. A Kids Klub and personal training is also available.

<p>The new club will be managed by Mark Sanchez, general manager; Vin Koloni, assistant general manager; Troy Livingston, sales counselor; Andre Milioto, sales counselor; and Gina Santurro, operations manager.
