During the month of September, Grayson County's Justice Court of Precinct 2 is offering an amnesty program. The court is waiving the warrant fee on any outstanding cases if it is taken care of before an arrest is made.
"This is an excellent opportunity to clear up outstanding cases and save some money," Judge James E. Harris said . "Don't take the chance of spending the holidays in jail. Take care of your outstanding fines now."
