Does the VA have an end of life policy?

<p>Re: "One world order not in God's plans" (Your views, Herald Democrat, 10-5-09).
</p>

<p>The Herald Democrat owes it to it's readership to either validate this man's inflammatory claim that the Veteran's Administration is planning to provide assisted suicide or to print a statement stating that his information is false.
</p>

<p>I have been attempting to find a source for anything resembling this "assisted suicide" form and come up with nothing, unless he is talking somehow about a living will, which has been around since the 1970s and allows people to choose to die a natural death rather than tethered to machines in their final hours.
