Howe ISD board to meet Thursday
<p>The Board of Trustees will be accepting a gift from the athletic booster club for Howe in the HISD meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday.
</p>

<p>The superintendent's reports is supposed to cover enrollment, maintenance, H1N1 attendance waiver and the Flash Alert Rapid Communication sytsem.
</p>

<p>Trustees are also expected to consider a policy update, cast votes in the Grayson Appraisal District Board of Directors Election, update the HISD Trustee Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures, consider the electricity contract with Energy for Schools and a resolution requesting city of Howe to adopt an ordinance enforcing the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Section 109.33
</p>

<p>The Board may enter into a closed or executive session at any time during the meeting as permitted under the Open Meetings Act
</p>

<p>The meeting will be at the Howe ISD Board Room, 105 W. Tutt St.</p>
